Who we are
PharmaConnect is a product of Syntegrate Global. This policy explains how we handle information when a pharmacy uses PharmaConnect and when a customer interacts with a pharmacy through it.
Information we process
For customers: your WhatsApp phone number, name, the messages and orders you send, and your language preference. For pharmacies: account and branch details entered in the portal. We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
To take and fulfil orders, send refill reminders and stock notifications you have engaged with, and to give the pharmacy the tools to serve you. Reminders and marketing messages are sent only in line with WhatsApp policies.
Sharing
Order and conversation data is available to the pharmacy you are ordering from. We use trusted infrastructure providers to run the service and the WhatsApp Business platform from Meta to deliver messages.
Your choices
You can ask a pharmacy to stop messaging you at any time, and you control your WhatsApp notification settings. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact the pharmacy or Syntegrate Global.
